Ordering

What currency are your prices in?
We are based in New Jersey and all currency is priced in USD .

How do I know which size will fit me best?

Most of our vintage pieces are lightly worn and even delicate. The items will be measured as best as they can and/or will be sized according to the tag. If you have questions about a specific style’s fit or measurements, you can always contact us directly. Please include your measurements so we can help you find the right size.

What if I need to change or cancel my order?
Once an order is placed, we’re unable to make any changes. You can request to cancel or change your order by emailing Customer Service. However, if your order has been mailed out we are unable to retract shipment. 

What’s the status of my order?
Once you’ve received your shipping confirmation email you can track it and see the status of your delivery. It may take 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.

 

 
 

Sale

What does Final Sale mean?
All items marked Final Sale have been reduced in price and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.

Can I return Final Sale items?
All items marked Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.  If you send a Final Sale item back to us for a return, we will not be able to process a refund. 

 

Domestic Shipping

How much does shipping cost in the U.S.?
We offer a flat rate of $10.00 for ground shipping on all orders within the continental U.S 

How fast will my order ship?
Most of our orders are shipped within 1-3 days of purchase from our New Jersey location. Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 3-5 business days of its ship date, unless the shipping option selected says otherwise. We do not ship on the weekend or U.S. holidays, and we do not offer Saturday delivery. However, we can make arrangements if you contact us directly. Additional fee may be required. 

Do you ship to P.O. boxes?
Due to our shipping option certain couriers do not ship to P.O. boxes. If you have a P.O. box please contact us directly for shipping arrangements. 

 

International Shipping 


We Ship WORLDWIDE!!!! 

How much does international shipping cost?
We offer FREE INTERNATIONAL shipping for any purchase of $125 or more, or $25-$35 international shipping for any purchase below $125. 

 

Customs
Will I be charged Taxes and Duties?

For all international shipping the receiver must be responsible for Taxes and Duties. 

 

 

Returns

What is your return/exchange policy?
Returns on full-price items will be accepted within 7 days of receipt for domestic orders and 14 days for international orders.

Returned items must have not been worn, altered, or washed and in the same condition received. 

Exchanges are accepted for the same item in a different size or color only. Exchanges are not available for international orders.

NOTE: Shipping and handling and customs charges are non-refundable.

We have the right to deny credit if the items returned do not meet our return policy standards.

 

How do I return an item?
Just follow the instructions on the Return/Exchange form included in your package. Securely pack and seal the items and include the completed return/exchange form in an appropriate shipping box or envelope, and send back to us using an insured service to the address below.

NOTE: We cannot accept responsibility for packages that we do not ship ourselves.
